Terms and conditions for photography services

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that weather and mechanical issues happen. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will work together to find the next available date at no additional cost.

3. Artistic Release & Editing

By booking, you acknowledge that you are hiring Elev8d Exposures for our specific artistic style. We reserve the right to select the final images for delivery. Raw or unedited files will not be released under any circumstances.

4. Usage Rights

* Personal Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for personal social media, printing, and personal promotion.

* Commercial Use: For brands, shops, and dealerships, a commercial license is granted for use in marketing, websites, and advertising.

* Copyright: Elev8d Exposures retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Liability

Elev8d Exposures is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, property, or persons during a photoshoot. Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is operated safely and legally at all times.

Your information is used solely to:

* Communicate regarding your booking.

* Deliver your digital photo galleries.

We take the security of your data seriously. Digital galleries are delivered via secure, password-protected platforms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. We may use third-party tools for payment processing (like Stripe or PayPal) and gallery delivery. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
